Follow the research posting procedure below to submit your shared governance research, evidence-based practice, or quality improvement poster to the Forum for Shared Governance for peer review and dissemination.

Thank you for considering disseminating your inquiry methods through the Forum for Shared Governance. To submit a poster, please:

1. View templates and select inquiry method type (research, evidence-based practice, or quality improvement) for your shared governance related work

2. Complete the poster and submit to Robert Hess, PhD, RN, FAAN

• Include a copy of the IRB review letter for this poster
• Ensure your poster is complete, as if a final that you would want to display in your hospital

Your poster will be reviewed by the Forum for Shared Governance inquiry subcommittee within approximately two weeks. Posters that are accepted will be included on the Forum for Shared Governance Inquiry Methods homepage.
